What is the duration of Thakradhara:
This is done for 45 minutes by 3 persons and after that the patient is allowed to take rest for a few minutes. Then hot Water is used for the body and the head is washed with lukewarm medicated water.
- Approximately 45 minutes by 3 persons is needed for a panchakarma program.
